REEL 03 · HOW FEES WORK
Every trade pays
the frame.
pump.fun charges a creator fee on every trade of a coin. On Panenka that fee is split in two, on chain, the moment the coin is born.
To the wallet that launched the edit. You are the coin's creator: you sign the launch and make the first buy yourself.
To the Panenka treasury. A bot spends it buying $PANENKA on the market.
Of the $PANENKA the treasury buys back is burned. Burned tokens leave the supply for good.
The locked split
The launch is one Solana transaction, signed by your wallet: pump.fun creates the coin with you as its creator, your first buy goes through, then pump.fun fee sharing is set to 30 % you · 70 % treasury.
pump.fun allows a coin's split to be changed once, and that change is the one in the launch transaction. After it, the split is locked forever: nobody can redirect the fees, not even Panenka.
Fees gather in the coin's sharing vault and are paid out to both wallets by a public instruction anyone can trigger. The treasury does it before each buyback.
Buyback and burn
The treasury's share is used for one thing: buying $PANENKA back, on its bonding curve or on PumpSwap once it has migrated, and burning every $PANENKA it buys. Nothing bought back is kept.
$PANENKA is not live yet: its contract address will appear at the top of every page. Until then, any $PANENKA you see elsewhere is not ours.
The treasury is a wallet run by the Panenka team; the buyback runs from its owner's computer. Panenka never holds your coins or your keys.
Questions
What is Panenka?
A pump.fun launchpad on Solana for football TikTok edits. You paste an edit (or pick one from a TikTok account), link it to the player, and launch it as a coin from your own wallet in one transaction.
Who gets the creator fees?
30% go to the wallet that launched the coin and 70% to the Panenka treasury. The split is written on chain with pump.fun fee sharing, in the same transaction as the launch, and it is locked.
What does the treasury do with its 70%?
A bot buys $PANENKA back on the market with it and burns every $PANENKA it buys. Burned tokens are gone for good.
Can the split be changed later?
No. pump.fun locks a coin's fee split on its first change, and that change happens in the launch transaction.
Is the edit mine to launch?
Panenka links to the original TikTok and plays it with TikTok's own player; it does not copy the video. Credit stays with the creator whose handle is shown on every page.
Where do the player stats come from?
From public football data (FotMob), read at launch and refreshed during the season. A figure that is not available is not shown.
What does it cost to launch?
Solana network fees and account rent, plus your optional first buy. There is no launch fee.
Is this financial advice?
No. Memecoins are extremely risky; most go to zero. Only use what you can lose.
